Wel my name is Tony and my girlfriend is Tiffany. We started brewing wine just about a week ago. Friends from Shreveport, La. have been brewing home wine for about 5 years, so i asked how they started and got my own kit from E.C. Krause.com. 5gal. primary which can also be used as a second but going to get a carboy to use as a secondary. the only wine we have tried is Black berry which has been in the primary for 4 days. hop it comes out good. looking forward to making plenty more.
