New Brewer.

My name is Kendall and I'm really new to brewing. I have done a ton of research, but I've only just opened my first batch of home brew, a Brewers best extract kit.

I am a culinary grad and currently work as a chef in STL and I mow lawns for beer money.

I am looking forward to learning from you guys. From what I can tell, there is a vast knowledge of brewing on this forum.
