Hello all started with german ale about a month ago Its a bit bitter
but drinkable.

Don't worry. From my experience, your brews only get better

My first batch, A Nut Brown Ale, was bad. Had to pour it out.

My second batch, A Red Ale, is drinkable, but has a weird taste. Could this be the Extract Twang I have heard so much about?

My third batch, A Blue Moon Clone, came out very good. I'm pretty happy with it.

My 4th batch, a Kolsch, is conditioning in bottles right now, so we'll see!
