Hi all, just caught the brewing bug.
Started about a month and a half ago
Went for the brew in a bag method and straight to kegging no bottling for me. I've done a oatmeal stout, Hefeweizen and brown ale. Very happy with all of them. Stout didn't last long in the keg it was delisious. So I brewed another batch of the same recipe last week along with a pale ale. And will be brewing a white ipa tomorrow after noon. I've been reading lots and learning from this forum so I figured it was time to join in. I Tried my had at making up a recipe today which i pretty much just picked grains I'd heard of and threw in ibrewmaster at volumes that worked out to the gravity colour I was looking for. I will be sharing what I came up with and would appreciate any help on what it might turn out like before I drop the money on athe grains and yeast.
Cheers to all🍻
