Hey there from Encinitas (suburb of San Diego)!
I recently found HBT through some simple Google searches for brewing techniques, and found it to be a nice resource, so I signed up.
I'm pretty new to brewing, but have been making mead for awhile now. I actually started brewing to have something to drink while my meads age, and now I'm addicted...er...hooked on this awesome new hobby.
I don't really know what else to say, but I look forward to picking the collective brains of everyone here! Thanks in advance, since I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions in the near future.
