Hi everyone

Since finding this site a little over a week ago, I have 3 gallons of Apfelwein, and 3 different meads fermenting nicely in my closet. I might have a bit of a problem, but I'm sure I found the right kind of support group here!

Quite a few of us were in the closet when we started but now we're comfortable with who we are as brewers and are happily out of the closet. We proudly display our fermenting chambers to friends and family. Most of them don't care though.

Hi, and welcome to HBT (and the obsession) from TN! You'll find lots of helpful folks who are more than willing to give you guidance and advice. Just use your Google-fu skills to search the forums to see if it's been asked/answered before. If not, ask away...someone is sure to help. Ed

is the problem that you are brewing crazy amounts for a newbie..?

If so, I blame HBT and the 1300+ pages on Ed's Apfelwein thread (no, I didn't read ALL of them).

One of these days it will come out in the open for all to see!
