I appreciate all the amazing info that everyone posted. Because of it I constructed a great mash tun, utilized a ice bath and pump for the wort chiller and will be growing some hops this year. My first brew session was with an experianced brew master so things went rather smoothly. Just letting my little yeasties do their job.. . Thanks again and looking forward to future brews.
