My new 3 tier system arrived today. Needless to say I'm very excited. :ban:

You must use a rectangular cooler for a mash tun.

I guess you could call it rectangular.
Now the expessive part begins, Blichmann's, Valves, pumps, burners, plumbing, VFD's, PLC's, PID's, HMI's.
Naw just kidding about plumbing.:ban::ban::ban:

Great design! Almost identical to what I had sketched out for my build this winter.

Nice cooler! I have two of those in the 10-gal size.

Well here it is in its "final" form. I've cooked two batches on it since completion and I have to recommend this to others still brewing in plastic buckets. No carrying, no pouring, its great! Now if I could just get it to clean itself. So for now this is "Rev1" completed. What will Rev2 be? Heated mash tun? RIMS? Loop control of heat? Lot of fun.:mug:
