Never name your beer Murphy's Law

Well it finally happened...my very first loss of beer. My Kölsch which was promptly named after my best friend Murph of 25 years who helped me brew it and enjoys my homebrew.

I recently got longer beer lines and attached my picnic tap...I guess I didn't tighten the top well enough and my keezer was filled with 3 gallons out of 5 of Murphy's Law of Kölsch.

A very sad day but a learning experience none the less. On the bright side it's carbed and ready to drink...guess I'll just have to brew it again sooner than anticipated.

OUCH! So sad! But at least you saved 2 out of 5 and you can call the other 3 a gift (sacrifice) to the BEER GODS!
