Hi. So, I'm about to bottle a hoegaarden style beer. It's racking and now there is almost 2 layers to the beer. The top is clearing up and the bottom half is cloudy.

I realize this beer should be cloudy, but what do I do???

1. Cold crash and bottle like an Ale?
2. Stir up everything and then cold crash?
3. No cold crash, just bottle as is?
4. No cold crash, but stir up and then bottle??

Any help would be great.

Thank you!
