The SQ-14 works great. You will want a larger kettle than 7.5 gallons if you are going to brew all grain.

from what i can tell from the brew site it looks a lot like the sq-14 anyway. 7.5g is the min. your gonna want to go with to brew AG 5g batches. truly most any turkey fryer set-up will boil hard enough for our purposes and dont be scared of aluminum. what ever you get be sure to boil a full load of water in it to remove any oils remaining from manufacturing. if you end with al. dont scrub the inside of the pot with scratchy pads ever, this removes the protective oxidized laye(not good to do).

The SQ14 is always good. There are some reviews about it if you search for them or go to the review section of the forum. The second one seems "ok" but who knows what that burner is. It's most likely another SQ14 but I would call them to make sure. If it's just a typical burner than I wouldn't buy it and would simply buy a regular turkey fryer setup for $50 total or less.

The 7.5g is for the strike water when mashing in, if it is too small what size do you recommend?

I am in the process of building a keggle for the boils

Thank you for the fast responses!
