Need recipes

I jumped on northern Brewer 4 big mouth bubbler deal and now I have four extra fermenters waiting to be used.

I only have two kegs right now, so I need some help with beers recipes that will do well with aging.

I can do extract and BIAB because I don't have a mash tun.

It's not set up for BIAB but all the %'s are there and you can plug it into whatever program you use.

Looks interesting. I've never had anything like that and at 7.5% abv. She would age nicely.
