Aaanyway...I would remove the tee and plug your gauge into the tube from the regulator shut-off and repeat your pressure-holding test. The tee itself is unlikely to be a point of failure, nor the plug, but gauges can leak, and so can shut-off valves...

OP, you may want to edit this, putting in paragraph breaks and such, so we can read it easier:
