Looking for something that uses both cascade and centennial hops since that's the majority of what's in my freezer. For grains I have 2 row, vienna, munich, crystal 60 and crystal 20. I'm leaning towards a IPA with an OG around 1.060-1.065. I have Yoopers house pale ale fermenting and a Two hearted ale clone bottle conditioning....so something a little different than either of those. Any ideas? Thanks for any thoughts.

With what you have, I would say you have an IPA on your hands. I'd finish with the cascade instead of the centennial since you don't want it to be too much like your 2 hearted.
