Looks like maybe your yeast is starting to get to work? Do you see activity if looking at it eye level?

Yeast used?
Ambient temp?
Is it usually covered, or do you have it exposed to that much light all the time?
Sounds like the yeast just getting to work. Eventually you'll see a full layer of krausen similar to this (pic is beer not cider tho)I do see activity it bubbles upwards.
