A brewing buddy of mine recently gave me a big bag of Centennial, so I immediately went out and bought the grains to make a Two Hearted clone. The next day he brings me another a couple of other bags of Amarillo and Jade. I've made the Two Hearted before, so I was thinking about mixing it up this time with the new hops. Based on their descriptions they seem like they would work well together. Anyone have suggestions on how to use these hops together? I've never brewed with them myself but have had beers with them.
