Hey guys. Just recently pieced together a Blichmann Breweasy system and had an idea to move my probe up by the autosparge instead of where I traditionally see it by the pump in an attempt to get a more accurate reading on the actual wort in on the recirculating process. Any pros or cons to this? Does it matter where I place it? Any reason why most are by the ball valve on the pump? Thank you in advance for any advice! I have included a picture to help you understand what I’m describing.
