Need a single tier stand built

I am in need of a stainless steel, stand built for my system (15 gallon). Can anyone recommend any welding companies or someone in particular who could do this for me? I had tried a local company and the price was somewhat high nearing about 1k.

I did and am not just trying to figure out how to mount the burner rings/plate chiller mount/march pump mounts . Thanks for the reply.
