Need a Raspberry beer recipe

So the woman is getting on me about a raspberry beer recipe. She ended up trying a lindmens framboise lambic raspberry beer. Since then she wants one that compares to it she likes a tartness in a beer. Any recommendations. She's been super supportive of the hobby and pretty much lets me do and buy what I want for it. So I need to make her happy.

Also she wants a tart cider similar to a dublins pub if anyone's got one.

It's also a very sweet beer. I'd consider adding some lactose. I once brewed a pretty standard brown ale and added a lb of frozen raspberries per gallon in secondary, and then 3/4 lb of lactose (for 5 gals) before bottling. It came out very drinkable and pleasant, with a great deep ruby hue.
