I've already posted on here a few times. Thanks to all for the tips, pointers, answers, etc provided by everyone.
I work for Uncle Sam, and after my first trip to Germany I fell in love with the local ware.
After hearing me complain about the amount of work that I WASN'T expecting with brewing, my wife said to me "Wouldn't it be easier to go down to the store and just BUY some beer?" My answer: "Who wants another Miller or Bud?"
THAT'S why I want to homebrew. Frankly I just enjoy the taste of a good beer, and I want to replicate some of the stuff I've sampled from overseas and from other homebrewers.
