What can you smart types tell me about my water? I really have no clue when it comes to the water chemistry stuff.

Sorry, that report does not contain enough of the data brewers need to assess water. All I see are sulfate, chloride, and sodium. The most important data: calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity (or bicarbonate) are not provided. You either have to call the water plant directly or have a sample sent to a lab for testing.
