HELLO (Bonjour) from Canada!
I've been reading and learning from this forum for almost two years (my entire home brewing experience). I guess it's time to say hello. So, hello. The limitless amount of information provided by amazing folk like you have fueled my passion for the gratifying craft of home brew. I love your work. I must give props to Chip Walton, Mike Dawson and Jake Keeler for 60+ episodes of awesomness that drove me through the learning curve. I guess I have to mention, John Palmer, Don Osbourne, Bobby M....ALL home brew luminaries.
I do have a pressing question to ask, but not here. I'm not much of a "poster" but will always be there reading and learning with the best of you.
Okay, me. I went to a beer fest with a buddy, nostalgia ensued just after about my dad home brewing whilst I was a child...yadda yadda. Can I do this? Let's just say, if they taught this in high school I'd be a micro biologist. I guess I do enjoy science, take THAT Mr Kliever!.
Alright, I'm going to make a post about a recipe I need your help with. Time is of the essence. Cheers homebrew friends, f*** yeah eh?! Love Canada.
