After alot of planning and doubling my original budget because of things I just didnt think of, my system is finally finished. I have already brewed 2 batches with it and both brew days were perfect. With the exception of the temperature offset which had me mashing 2 degrees higher than what the PID was displaying, everything worked as expected.
All the main items were purchased through brewhardware.com and auberins.com. With other minor items coming from ebay(12-3 power cord) and the rest from my local homedepot and ace hardware.
