I have 3 of these to regulate and set my temperature. One on the HLT one on the mash kettle and one on the brew kettle. My problem is I can't for the life of me figure out how to get them set correctly. When I brew, the temperature I set and the temperature it shows it reaches and the actual temperature it reaches with a thermometer are all different with the thermometer being the only correct one. I do have the instruction sheet I found on the internet and have watched the 12 minute video on You Tube many times. Still can't figure it out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
