Hi all,
I'm gonna do my first cider kit today. I've previously done 3 beer kits. While not as scientific as doing a first principles brew I find taking these baby steps important in learning the craft. For example, my first brew, as soon as the last bubble exited I bottled, second brew I left longer in the primary and it was great. I have the third brew in bottles now and i brought a lot of sediment into it.
So for this cider, I'll be adding concentrate and will be doing a second fermentation. I'll let ye know my progress.
