Yes, but kegging lets you drink bubbly green beer in a couple days. With bottling, you have to wait for it to prime before you can drink your green beer.

here a few photos taken from the night i bottled. thanks to all that posted and helped me out. the beer is now 8 days into conditioning after it spent 21 days in the primary. it tastes great
