I consider myself lucky in that my dad is still with us; he turned 70 this year and has become my inspiration where a lot of things are concerned.
Anyway, he also brews beer, and brews it pretty well; I've decided to start this thread so that I can post about his brewing.
To start off, here is an American Cream Ale that he brewed, using a pre-packaged all-grain mix from www.hophero.com that I got for him for Christmas:
It turned out very well, and had a lot of great flavour.
More as it happens, etc. &c....
