I 've been eyeing the samiclaus clone in the BYO 150 great clone recipes book...

But you need to boil down from 15 gallons to 5 over 5 hours to brew it correctly...

back to the beer

adding more hops to the IIPA

and even more

a look inside the kettle

and they are done fermenting away in the back room

if anything cool or crazy happens I will post more pictures

as a side note to all of this , I don't recommend drinking that many "big" beer on a brew day, by about 9:00 pm I was way too drunk to pay attention to much of anything

My Brother-in-law who was helping yesterday had to leave after the first brew was in the carboy, I think I have a new brewer to get signed up to the forum.
