Muntons?

What is the best way to carbonate with 7 oz. Muntons creamy x into a five gallon water bottle where beer is fermenting?

Not sure I follow your question. If your aiming to carbonate the 5gallons in the water jug. The bottles aren't made to hold the pressure of carbonation. If your asking the best way to add priming sugar to bottle or keg then I dissolve my priming sugar in a cup of water add to the bottling bucket and rack the beer on top to mix it. Haven't used muntons for carbing so can't offer advice there.
