Hi all !
Some mistake in my first act !
I used 50% more water . Wrong calculation ! Did not test with hydrometer . Used Safbrew S-33 as yeast . I used 30% sugar in wort as fist recipe . I don't like to add more sugar .
It was thursday evening . Now fermentation starts .
Can I add more wort now or must wait until Secondary Fermentation ?
What will happen if I let it be ?
Any suggest ?

You can add more wort now if you like, but given the extra work required you may as well let this ride and use the new wort for a separate batch.

You can also blend this with a second batch at the bottling stage - that would work too.
