I have 1 gallon of Apfelwein ready to be bottled. Unfortunately I cannot do it at its present location. Do I:

1. move the fermenter and let it sit?

2. rack to bottling bucket and then take it over?

I'd really like to be able to bottle it tonight, and I doubt it would last long enough after bottling to worry about oxidation... Any thoughts?

I'd leave it in primary. Most likely you will still have aCO2 blanket to protect from oxygen. Then I'd let it sit for a couple of hours to settle. At that point you should rack.
