while studying my keezer today, something I noticed is that the placement of your gas distributor manifold is very important, I have mine towards the middle of the back of the collar, I think I need to move it to the right side where the hump is, that way I don't have multiple kegs in the way.

If I could get a do-over on my keezer build I think I'd put my 4 taps on the left side of the collar over the compressor hump rather than the right side. If I'd done that I don't think I would have had to install the dual hinges as I think every keg would be accessible through just the lid.
I have 12-15 ft beer lines. I just disconnect the QDs on my beer lines and drop them into an empty bucket next to the keezer. That catches any runoff. Then I do the same for the gas lines. I add/remove kegs, hook it all back up, and stuff it all back in. It is a pain.
