Looking to get a critique of my recipe I'm going to try. Looking for an APA that's as light in color as I can get with extract. Doing Pilsnen at beginning and late addition Golden Light. Wanted it drinkable, around 5% ABV, and hoppy (not too malty or bitter). Just looking for feedback at the moment before I brew. I have a total of 2 oz Amarillo, 3 oz. Citra, and 4 oz. of Mosaic to work with.
