Well, I'm glad to be here. My wife and I have moved a few times in the last few years, and we've finally gotten settled, back here in Southeastern PA, so I'm ready to get back to brewing. I made a few batches of kit beer before we started wandering, and I'm keen to get back to it. I've got a line on a 5-gallon set from an aquaintance, but in the meantime I think I'll start using the ol' Mr. Beer mini-keg to get the ball rolling again.
I'm currently on an IPA kick, so I'll probably start there.
Very excited to see you guys have cider & Mead discussions, as well, as both of those interest me. My wife picked up a taste for Strongbow when we were abroad, and I'd love to be able to make something like that, maybe even get her interested in the process, also.
I plan to keep my yap shut and do a lot of reading over the next few weeks. I don't wanna ask the same questions that've been asked a thousand times before.
