Morebeer grain weight ?

I rarely order just enough grain from morebeer to complete one recipe but I did this go around and so far I'm missing almost a half pound of two different malts . I mean I can see a couple ounces but a half pound on each ? If I had needed both 5 lb bags my recipe would be short a pound . Luckily I did not. Just curious about other people's experiences as I usually order way more grain than I need [emoji39]

Like @Thorsbrew said, contact them. Their customer service is awesome.

They just sent replacement stoppers to me because they accidentally sent drilled instead of solid. No questions asked, two day shipping from California, and got to keep the drilled stoppers.

As for grain weight, they've always been a little on the heavy side with everything I've ordered. Not much mind you, but never short. Someone just made a mistake. Morebeer will take care of it.
