I've been experimenting with different hop additions to regular extract brewing kits. I would like to make something like a Czech Pilsener that's much more hoppy. I've got a batch in the primary now, and I'm thinking about doing a dry-hop of about 1oz of Simcoe. I know that will probably crush the subtle flavor of the Saaz hops. Any experience with this? I'm a big "hop head", but I'd like to brew a bitter, hoppy pils.
