More Hop Aroma??

Will dry hopping give me more hop aroma or just more bittnerness?

I brewed an extract IPA - great hop bitterness, but not much hop flavor/aroma. Will dry hopping improve this?

Aroma with some slight pallette taste only.

Longer the boil...the more the bitterness.

A short boil (15-20 minutes) adds flavor.

Flame out addition (add when heat goes off) add aroma.

Dry hopping adds a lot of aroma...to the extent you can taste the hops through your sinuses. Very pleasant. No added bitterness.

Also, if you drink your brews exceptionally cold. Say in the 33-35 degree range, that will drastically effect hop nose.

I've been experimenting with different hop additions to regular extract brewing kits. I would like to make something like a Czech Pilsener that's much more hoppy. I've got a batch in the primary now, and I'm thinking about doing a dry-hop of about 1oz of Simcoe. I know that will probably crush the subtle flavor of the Saaz hops. Any experience with this? I'm a big "hop head", but I'd like to brew a bitter, hoppy pils.
