More Beer Sterile Siphon Starter - how to clean?

Anybody have any tips on the best way to clean these (not the filter)?
Im bottling a batch tonight, just bought this thing, and was wondering the best way to clean the SS tube?

I use Star-San then flush with boiling water from a kettle. hold the tube with tongs that have rubber ends.
