First notes on pre carbed beer:

Sight: Straw yellow with a touch of orange highlights, a bit hazy but that's to be expected.
Nose: Wash of citrus mixed with floral tones, a little biscuit but I tend to get that prior to carbonation.
Taste: Tropical fruits and citrus, very soft malt flavor, clean and crisp. Will make a very good spring/summer beer. I will post more once she's all carbed up.

Here she is, beautiful floral but dank nose with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. Juicy fluffy mouth feel with a nice cracker crisp finish. Perfect carbonation and head retention. Took 1/2 gal to the local homebrew shop and another 1/2 gal for a bottle share. Got rave reviews. Descriptors of pine, dank, cherries, stone fruit, mango, white grapes, apricots, tropical fruit, and biscuit. Next to be kegged is the El Dorado and Azzaca Black IPA.

That's a pretty looking brew. I'm going to be kegging my own IPA pretty soon where I was going for dank and citrus, used large amounts of Apollo and Centennial. Where does the dank come from in this one? I thought both Mosaic and Nelson were fruity and citrus type hops.

Love the name too, I'll have to try this one out soon. Great color too.

Honestly I never got the dankness from these hops like my buddy did, mostly fruit and citrus. It was very clean and crisp imo.
