I am fermenting my first batch in a chest freezer and something I'm concerned about is the amount of condensation on the internal sides of freezer. Long term problem is rust. Any remedies?

Also, there was mold growing on outside of plastic primary fermenter by the time I racked to secondary glass carboy last night. Is this a problem? Any prevention?

I have an E-350 with a fan, and I still have to mop up condensation about once a week. More if I open it too much.
