Mold growing in my beer?

Waiting on my 10th brew right now. The other 9 have all turned out great. I racked over to my secondary about 1 1/2 weeks ago so I'd have the primary ready to use again. This was about a week after brewing. After a day or so, I noticed a bit of stuff floating in the beer. No big deal. After several days, there was more stuff floating. Over the last 4 or 5 days, the amount of stuff floating has stabilized and doesn't seem to be increasing. There's not a ton of it, but I'm at a loss as to what it may be.

Could it possibly be mold that started growing due to poor sanitation?

ditto. could be okay, could be yucky, depending on what it is growing and how healthy it is....highly unlikely to be dangerous, however.

Probably yeast rafts and NOT mold.

mold would be pretty obvious, take a sniff, if it smells like yeast and beer then you have yeast and beer
