Molar concentration of Iodine

What is the molar concentration of the iodine solution utilized to determine whether the mash has converted the starch to fermentable sugars? I work in a laboratory and have access to crystalline iodine so I thought I would just make up a solution for use at home seeing as I'd have to order from overseas and am too impatient to wait :cross:

I don't know what the molar concentration is, but this is what the back of my bottle says. Two percent by weight, I assume. I'm too lazy to figure out the molar concentration. I hope this helps!
