Hi, I just found this site a few days ago and it looks really cool. I have been brewing for about 3 years now. I have brewed maybe a dozen or so times. The more that I do it, the more I like it. I got into it when my wife got me a brew kit for fathers day. My original motivation was to cut down on the cost of beer, I was tired of paying through the nose for decent brew. Since then this has become more of a hobby than a way to cut costs. I would consider myself a relative newbie, but my knowledge of the craft is growing. I currently brew extract only, full boil. One day I am sure that I will make the leap into all grain, but for now, I am satisfied with learning all that I can at this stage. All of my brews have been from kits from Morebeer. I haven't yet ventured into the realm of creating my own concoction. Maybe one day. I look forward to any and all advice that I can get from here.

Greetings and welcome to HBT. My brewing definately improved when I found this site and it's wealth of information. So read up and don't be afraid to ask questions! :)

Cheers!
