Mixed bag of 2 month old C hops - trash?

Got an odd question for you...

I brew 2.5 gallon batches...so I end up with sometimes using less than a full oz or 2 oz of hops in each batch.

One of my first batches was an Extract IPA. Next I did an all grain IPA.
Anyway...I had some columbus, centennial, Citra and Cascade hops as part of the recipes. I had some extra...1/2 oz of this, 1/4 oz of that...all totalling about 1.5oz. It's all been in one ziploc bag in the fridge...and the bags aren't well marked. They're open and starting to mix around.

Anyway, enough about my terrible organization and frugality. Wondering if it's worth trying a "kitchen sink" recipe with all these mixed hops that are 2 months old, or just trash em? Seems kinda interesting to me...but it might be terrible?

Nothing wrong with a "kitchen sink" batch to use up leftover stock as long as you have room in the pipeline for a potential "bad" batch. It will probably be the best beer you ever brew and will never be able to duplicate it;). If your just talking hops and they are all C's, you should be fine with subbing you mixed hops for any of the above. A couple of month is old but still usable IMO.
 
I had some Warrior, Centennial, Zythos, and Chinook left over from various batches. I tossed those together in a dark DIPA. I used the warrior for a good bitter, and did a real hop burst on the rest. 30, 20, 10, 1. Just tossed it all together and split it evenly over the 4 additions. Saved a little for dry hopping. It's freakin good.
 
Ah the 'refrigerator leftovers IPA', a classic recipe. Go for it! I've done the same thing a few times. I re-seal my left over hops with a vacuum sealer, but otherwise the process was the same. 1/2oz here 1/4 there, added them up and made some tasty beer. Just keep track of what goes into those bags so if your beer is awesome, you can make it again.
