Missed Secondary Fermentation Date, do it anyway?

Hi All,

I'm brewing my second batch, the Houblonmnstre Tripel IPA.

On 4/19, brew day, I hit 1.081 for the O.G. The recipe indicated a 1.082 target.
Today is 5/11 and I have a gravity of 1.02. I was supposed to transfer to a secondary maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I forgot about doing that thinking the primary fermentation was supposed to last a month. (The secondary is supposed to be a month and the primary should have only been 1 - 2 weeks)

What should I do now? Thanks!

Is the 1.020 the final gravity you were looking for? If it has been that for a few days with no more drop then it's time to bottle or keg your beer. No secondary will be needed.

No need to secondary at this point, or at all really for most beers. If your gravity is stable and the beers been in primary that long, you're probably good to bottle/keg it at this point.

You dont have to do secondarys. Their not needed unless your doing something like fruit beers. If your at your final Gravity now you can go ahead and bottle or keg. It will condition in the bottles

Rack it. Avoid inducing any oxygen (don't splash it). Are you dry hopping in secondary?

Thanks guys. I asked Northernbrewer and they said a 1.010 - 1.016 gravity would be the normal range of expectation.

Dunerunner, this recipe calls for no dry hopping.
