So I think dissolve LME in warm water then add cool water .
No Hops .
What is your idea about minimum temp of water to dissolve LME ?

Sorry, but what do you mean, "no hops". Is the LME pre-hopped? Or absolutely no hops in the recipe? You plan on fermenting plain LME in to plain alcohol?
