I seem to be having the opposite issue with temp than others. Mine seems to not get cold enough with my two 5 gal cornies and co2 tank in it.
To measure the temp I have a bottle of water with my brewing thermometer probe in it and it reads about 45 degrees. I have the fridge set near the "coldest" setting on the dial.

A little background on the fridge. I don't know the size, but I had to bend back the freezer section and ad a wooden collar to it to make enough room. After the modifications, I tested it and it went to below 40 when set to, according to the dial, one of its warmer settings. Even with one keg in it the temp seemed to be ok, but now with the second keg (which has been in there over a week and a half, it wont go below 45 with the fridge set to its lowest setting.

I tried to test my thermometer, I put the probe in a glass of ice water and it reads 38 degrees, is that close enough, or should it really be closer to 32?

Sorry for the long post, but my beer is undercarbed and a little warm, and I'm having a party this weekend to showcase my new setup.
so please help:)

your thermometer is normal. they are practically never 100% accurate which is why people calibrate them. for yours 38 = 32. you should boil some distilled water and see what temp it reads. remember to drop the temp of boiling water by 1F for ever 500 feet above sea level you are. next take your boil reading and subtract your freezing temp and divide by expected boil temp at your altitude minus 32.

example:

(210 - 38) / (212 - 32) * 38 = 32

On some fridges there is an adjustment screw on the back under the thermostat cover. You can turn the screw and get your temps down.

Is there any reason why the fridge would not work as well with 2 kegs in there, like maybe its overloaded or something?

How long have they been in there? It may take a day or two for it to catch up.

The first keg has been in there for 2 weeks, and the other has been in there for just over a week.
I also just tried moving the fridges temp prob from the back of the fridge to near the front, to see if that helps.
