Mini Fridge Question

I'm looking at getting a Sanyo mini fridge and converting to kegerator. I have found one on craigslist that looks pretty good to me. The person who is selling it, upon request, told me it was the Sanyo SR-4433S model. However, this is not true since it does not have a freezer compartment in it and the SR-4433S model does. Are there any other models besides the 4910,4911, and 4912 that do not have freezer compartments in them? Is the posted fridge likely to be one of these models? Here are some pics of it;

Looks just like my 4912. Ask him if he'll send you another pic that's got a close up of the interior.
