I just ordered a Janet's Brown kit from more beer. I brew BIAB but they don't seem to offer double crushing and I don't have a mill. Any thoughts on how I can take the grist I get from them and crush it further? Food processor, blender, rolling pin?
TIA

i'd probably use it as is, and dope the wort with sugar if OG is too low.....

FYI if you want to basically make flour like a lot of BIABers, you can get a corona mill for 20 bucks.

A blender might work. I've heard of people doing that but haven't tried it myself.
Rolling pin won't work.

If your budget is limited it's hard to beat a Corona style mill. Isn't fast but gets the job done.

All the Best,
D. White
