Just wanted to intro myself. I tasted my first homebrew from a buddy in Frasier, Co about 8 years ago, and knew I wanted to try homebrewing. (Included town and time just in case Opie aka Scott is on here.) Just now getting around to it. Got my kit, how to brew, and my ingredients two weeks ago, and I'm brewing tonight.
I've been lurking here for about two weeks as well. Two more hours, and I'm brewing.
