Hi guys,
I'm planing on starting a microbrewery. Just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on the layout of things? Its going to be small setup around 50m2 with:

1 bolier, 1 mash tun and 4 fermentors. looking at 500L per fermentor.

What are some of the gottyas in planing the layout so I can have these in mind when I design the site.

The layout of the brewing equipment is item #4,592,948 out of #5,000,000 things that you need to address before you could open a microbrewery.

That said, with proper pumping and plumbing, the location of the hardware isn't likely to be a big issue. Try asking this at probrewer.com for tips on optimization.
